In typical Fortnite fashion, a new iteration of the yearly Halloween Fortnitemares event has been announced as the spooky season approaches. The event is scheduled to begin on October 18.
It will probably last for a few weeks after it reaches its peak on October 31, according to a recent tweet from the official Fortnite Twitter account. A prismatic wolf-like creature can be seen in the brief announcement video,
which might hint at one of the potential skins available during the event. In addition, a fan concept competition earlier in the year gave us a sneak peek of how a few of the skins for this event will appear.
The Wrath of the Cube Queen Fortnitemares event from the previous year featured the Queen of the Cubes bringing significant changes to the island. Players can expect significant changes to occur all over the map as the event gets closer.
Although there haven't been any official announcements regarding the event's content this year, we anticipate seeing more of the same themed monsters and weapons.
