During the COVID pandemic, Samsung revived the Fan Edition line. Customer reluctance to spend money on flagship smartphones and declining global smartphone sales were factors that led to the development of the Galaxy S20 FE.
A year after the Galaxy S20 FE, the Galaxy S21 FE was released. Still, Samsung decided to pull the plug on the Fan Edition series this year, so we didn't get a Galaxy S22 FE.
