When is Steam Halloween sale 2021? When is the next Steam sale?
Steam users could be treated to another bucket-load of discounts within the next few days. With the spooky season well underway this October it looks like Valve’s annual Steam Halloween sale will be making a return soon. And, based on past sale launches, fans may have a good idea of when the next Steam sale will be.
According to the whenisthenextsteamsale.com website, the Steam Halloween sale 2021 could take place on Friday October 29. It’s believed the sale could have a start time of 7pm UK time. In terms of what games could get discounts, you can expect plenty of popular horror titles to have prices slashed.
Last year games such as Dead by Daylight, Dying Light, Five Night at Freddy’s, Alien Isolation and Devil May Cry 5 received price cuts for the Steam Halloween sale. Other games included in last year’s Steam Halloween sale were Vampyr, Metro Last Night Redux, Outlast and Darkest Dungeon.
Here’s what Valve said about last year’s Steam Halloween sale: “Get into the Halloween spirit with the Steam Halloween Sale, on now until November 2nd at 10am Pacific.
“Reap ghoulish discounts on horror and Halloween-themed games across the Steam catalog.
“The sale also features other great games that have special Halloween-themed activities and updates that are happening during the Halloween Sale.”
The Steam Halloween sale 2021 could also bring with it new Halloween art that will be available as an avatar frame, animated avatar and animated profile background.
The upcoming Halloween sale will follow the Steam Digital Tabletop Fest, which began on October 22 and ends on October 24 at 6pm UK time.
This event offers hundreds of discounts on tabletop-inspired games as well as RPG streaming events.
Games that are currently on sale include Divinity: Original Sin 2 – Definitive Edition, Disco Elysium – The Final Cut and Slay the Spire.
