The Egyptian handball team lost to the French team, 23-27, on Thursday, in the semifinal match. The attack of the Egyptian team suffered to penetrate the defense of France “Duke”, and its brilliant goalkeeper, Vincent Gerard. The “pharaohs” of the hand can still win a medal for their country, when on Saturday they play the match for third and fourth place, against the loser of the Denmark-Spain match, at ten in the morning Cairo time.
