While most AAA games have both physical and digital releases, some are only available for download. Despite this, Xbox is committed to providing a player-friendly experience, including features like backwards compatibility and cloud gaming. The future of digital gaming seems secure, with a director at Niko Partners claiming that over 80% of AAA games on Xbox are now digital. Xbox has also confirmed that the current Series X/S consoles will not be the last, with new hardware and a focus on delivering a significant technical leap in the next generation.
