Yansab Board recommends 10% cash dividend

Yanbu National Petrochemical Company “Yansab” announced the recommendation of the Board of Directors to distribute dividends in 10% cash to shareholders for the first half of the year 2023.

The company said in a statement on “Tadawul Saudi Arabia”, today, Sunday, that the total value of the distributions amounted to 562.5 million riyals, spread over 562.5 million shares, and the share per share from the distribution amounted to 1 riyal.

Adds that the eligibility date is Tuesday, which is 18 July 2023 AD, provided that eligibility relates to shareholders holding shares at maturity and registered in the company’s share register at the Depository Center at the close of second trading day following the expiration.

It is worth noting that Yanbu National Petrochemical Company “Yansab” recorded losses in the first quarter of 2023 worth 369.7 million riyals, compared to a profit after zakat and taxes of about 283 million riyals in the comparative quarter of 2022 .
