According to reports, the actor was taken to hospital during the filming of his brand new TV show in Australia during the holidays. Zac Efron is said to have suffered from a medical emergency.
Now, however, E! News reports that he was seen in the United States in good health, so there may be no reason to worry about his health.

It all started with the Australian Sunday Telegraph newspaper yesterday revealing that Zac had contacted a typhoid or similar bacterial infection in Papua New Guinea.
The actor was there to film his series, ironically titled Killing Zac Efron.
Apparently, due to the medical emergency, the rescuers ended up airlifting the star to an airport in Brisbane, Australia, from where he was then taken to a private hospital to receive the help he needed. .
The same outlet also mentioned that Zac stayed in the hospital for a few days until he was finally cleared by the doctors there to return to America and spend Christmas Eve at home.
Although news of Efron’s medical emergency was never confirmed by him or any of his representatives, Dr. Glenn McKay of the Medical Rescue Group shared with the Daily Telegraph that they had recently recovered an elderly American citizen 30 year old from PNG in Brisbane for medical care in Australia.
