Pusheen the Cat is set to headline her first officially licensed standalone video game, with Pusheen’s Place scheduled to launch exclusively on Apple Arcade on October 1, 2026. This release marks the first time the internet-famous tabby has starred in her own dedicated gaming experience.
Developed by Electric Square Ltd—the studio behind the “Lively” label and part of Keywords Studios—the game focuses on a collection-based loop. Players will be able to unlock and collect over 100 variations of Pusheen. These variants are categorized by a rarity system that includes Common, Rare, Epic, and Legendary tiers.
The October Apple Arcade Lineup
The debut of Pusheen’s Place is part of a broader expansion for the Apple Arcade service arriving at the start of October. The update balances casual, “cozy” titles with high-action entries and established favorites. Joining the service alongside Pusheen are four additional titles:
- Terraria+: This version of the sandbox survival game arrives with the “Bigger & Boulder” 1.4.5 update, which introduces new content and refinements to the base experience.
- River City Survivors: A new entry in the long-running beat-’em-up franchise.
- Touchgrind BMX 2+: A mobile-optimized version of the popular extreme sports title.
- 4 Pics 1 Word+: A premium, ad-free version of the classic word puzzle game.
Apple Arcade continues to operate as a subscription-based service, priced at $6.99 per month as of 2026. The service provides access to a catalog of games without in-app purchases or advertisements and is also included as part of the Apple One subscription bundle. All five new titles will be available to subscribers across iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple TV on the October 1 launch date.
