Razer has revealed a high-end, collector-focused version of its flagship gaming controller, the Raiju V3 Pro Signature Edition. Priced at $349.99, the device features premium material upgrades over the standard model and is limited to a serialized production run of exactly 1,337 units worldwide.
The “Signature Edition” branding signifies a shift toward luxury materials, most notably a magnesium alloy exoskeleton. This design choice contributes to the controller’s 260-gram weight, making it significantly lighter than Sony’s standard DualSense. The device also features a laser-etched glass touchpad, a departure from the plastic surfaces found on typical controllers. The production count of 1,337 is a recurring theme for Razer, referencing “Leet” speak and following similar limited-edition “Signature” drops for its keyboard and mouse lineups.
Professional Performance and Technical Trade-offs
Underneath its magnesium frame, the Signature Edition shares the internal hardware of the standard Raiju V3 Pro. It utilizes contactless TMR (tunnel magnetoresistance) thumbsticks designed to eliminate stick drift while maintaining high precision. The layout includes six remappable buttons, consisting of two claw-grip bumpers positioned near the triggers and four mouse-click back buttons.
However, the focus on competitive performance and weight reduction comes with several omissions that may impact casual play. Like the standard Pro model, the Signature Edition lacks haptic feedback, rumble motors, and adaptive triggers. It also does not include a built-in speaker or microphone. These features are frequently omitted from third-party “pro” controllers to reduce weight and prevent mechanical vibrations from interfering with precise aiming during esports competition.
Connectivity also varies depending on the platform used. While the controller supports a 2,000Hz HyperPolling rate for wireless use on PC via a dedicated dongle, performance on the PlayStation 5 is capped at a 250Hz polling rate.
The Raiju V3 Pro Signature Edition was announced on November 3, 2026. To justify the $130 premium over the standard model, the Signature Edition includes a collector’s packaging set featuring a leatherette carrying case and a custom anodized aluminum torque driver tool for adjustments.
Pricing for the limited run is set at $349.99 / £349.99 / €368.99. Given the low unit count and Razer’s history with serialized “Signature” hardware, the device is positioned more as a luxury collector’s item than a mass-market peripheral.
