Hello Games released update 7.13 (Build 7.013.000) for No Man’s Sky on November 4, 2026. This patch focuses on refining Corvette systems, introducing new mission variants for haulage, and resolving several platform-specific interface issues for iOS and PCVR players.
Corvette Missions and Construction Improvements
The primary addition in this update is a new variant for Corvette Haulage missions. Players can now engage in specific package delivery tasks that require transporting goods directly to space stations. To support the customization of these vessels, Hello Games has addressed technical hurdles in the construction interface.
- Part Snapping: A fix has been implemented for Corvette construction where parts would previously snap into incorrect or offset positions.
- Forsaken Trader: A bug involving the Forsaken Trader has been resolved. Previously, players with a full inventory would suffer the loss of mementos when attempting to purchase parts from this specific vendor.
Platform-Specific Updates for iOS and PCVR
Mobile and Virtual Reality players receive several quality-of-life adjustments in version 7.13 to improve navigation and control responsiveness.
For those playing on iOS and iPadOS, a new dedicated tap button has been added to enable Auto-run functionality. Additionally, the interface now includes a back button located in the top-left corner of the screen, allowing users to dismiss inventory pop-ups more easily.
PCVR players will find space flight more stable following a fix for unintended rolling. Previously, pilots using VR headsets would experience involuntary ship rotation while moving through space. Steam users also receive a fix for the Steam Frame text input, which was previously limiting entries to a single character or failing to display the preview text.
Gameplay and Expedition Fixes
The update addresses a significant issue for players participating in Community Expeditions. A bug that caused the “Return to Primary Save” function to fail when attempting to finalize an expired season has been corrected, ensuring progress is properly transferred.
General gameplay stability and world logic have also been improved:
- Landing Pad Logic: Planetary Outposts will no longer allow multiple ships to land on the same landing pad simultaneously, preventing ship overlapping.
- Mission Consistency: The update ensures haulage variants correctly track delivery progress to space station hubs.
According to the official patch notes on No Man’s Sky, these changes are now live across PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and mobile platforms.
