The “NATPET” complex in Al-Lujain is closed for maintenance work

Alujain Holding Company announced that its subsidiary (NATPET) complex for the production of propylene and polypropylene will be shut down for periodic maintenance.

The company said in a statement on “Saudi Tadawul”, today, Sunday, that carrying out periodic maintenance work complies with the standard industrial followed for routine and preventive maintenance.

The maintenance interventions will help to raise the level of production efficiency and reliability and to implement future operational plans.

The company has decided to start carrying out mechanical maintenance work from tomorrow, Monday 17 January, until 6 February 2022.

And the company continued: “The interruptions for periodic maintenance are not considered a loss of production and revenues, in how much you plan in advance according to recognized industrial practices, and their financial impact has been included in the preparation of the budget 2022, either in terms of the amount of production or expected revenues “.

It indicated that in order to fulfill the company’s obligations towards its customers, all necessary precautions have been taken to avoid any impact on the company’s obligations towards its customers and any other developments will be announced in due course.
