Diablo 4 Patch 3.2.2 (Update 2.19) Notes Fix Worldstone Chamber Progression

Blizzard Entertainment has released Patch 3.2.2 (Build #73764) for Diablo 4, focusing on critical progression fixes. Released on September 30, 2026, the update is identified as Update 2.19 on consoles and addresses several blockers found in recent content.

Progression Fixes

The update specifically targets a seasonal questline blocker where players who entered the Worldstone Chamber portal too quickly were unable to progress the mission.

  • Worldstone Chamber: Fixed a timing issue with the portal that prevented quest completion.
  • Lester’s Farm: Resolved a progression hang in the hive caused by players descending through levels too rapidly.
  • Chamber of Bone: Completion of this location now correctly grants its intended rewards.
  • Nihlathak: Adjusted boss logic to prevent Nihlathak from teleporting outside the playable arena during combat.

Item and Runeword Adjustments

A fix has been applied to the Edge Runeword to address an issue where players could receive two items simultaneously when interacting with the Purveyor of Curiosities. This ensures item distribution functions as intended.

  • Henri’s Perquisition: This Unique Charm can now be successfully crafted using the Horadric Cube.
  • Tal Rune Interaction: The Sorcerer’s Incinerate Enchantment now correctly triggers the Tal rune effect as intended.

Combat and Interface Changes

The patch also addresses a Druid bug where the Pulverize skill previously allowed players to keep staggered bosses immobilized indefinitely; this unintended behavior has been removed. This change ensures that boss encounters maintain their intended mechanics.

For players navigating The Tower, the Artificer’s Obelisk now functions correctly on the user interface. A bug that prevented available rewards from appearing on the Map and Minimap has been resolved.

Full technical details regarding this update are available through the official Blizzard News patch notes.
