The primary focus of this update is a resolution for a rare but significant crash occurring in Chapter 03: “ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD.” Specifically, the game crashed when players attempted to use the secret cellar stairs immediately following the dining room puzzle sequence. With version 1.021, this transition is now stable.
Additionally, the update corrects an issue with the IOI Account reward system. Players who linked their accounts but did not receive “The Grey Standard” outfit should now find the cosmetic item unlocked. This fix ensures that account benefits are correctly synchronized with the game client.
Gameplay and Technical Adjustments
Update 1.021 introduces several stability and polish changes to specific missions and the Tactical Simulation (TacSim) mode:
