Jyamma Games has released Update 1.005 (1.005.000) for Enotria: The Last Song, available now for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. This patch focuses on combat readability by refining enemy hitboxes and resolving progression blockers.

Combat and Hitbox Adjustments

This update ensures that enemy attacks visually match their damage windows. Several enemies have received adjustments to their hitboxes to align with animations. Key changes include:

  • Refined hitboxes and damage windows for the Risen Duelist, Eternal Guardsman, and Howler.
  • Improved precision for enemy attack patterns to ensure damage aligns with visual contact.

Progression and Boss Fixes

The update addresses bugs that could prevent players from advancing through the game. Jyamma Games has implemented a retroactive fix for a progression blocker involving The Iron Marshall; previously, if the player and the boss died simultaneously, the game could become stuck.

Additional boss and quest fixes include:

  • The Entity, Voice of the Void: Resolved a visual bug where a floating Claymore would appear. The patch also fixes an issue where the Flame Transmutation effect would persist on recruited bosses.
  • Sleeping Beauty Quest: Fixed a bug that caused the quest letters to become invisible.

Item and Status Improvements

Update 1.005 corrects issues with item saving and status effects. Ferrofluid Flask upgrades are now correctly saved. Furthermore, a bug that allowed the Burning status effect to remain permanent after a player respawned has been resolved.

Platform-Specific Optimization

For players on Steam Deck and SteamOS, the update removes unnecessary GPU driver update prompts for systems already running current drivers. According to the official patch notes, these changes are part of ongoing efforts to stabilize the game’s performance across platforms.
