In a series of shocking announcements, it was also revealed that Jon Bernthal would return as The Punisher and that Vincent D’Onofrio would play Kingpin/Wilson Fisk again.

Daredevil: Born Again Released Date?

In the spring of 2024, Daredevil: Born Again will appear on Disney Plus.

At San Diego Comic-Con 2022, it was confirmed that the series will have 18 episodes and be part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Phase Five.

Matt Corman and Chris Ord are set to write and executive produce the new episodes coming to Disney Plus, which was already known.

Seasons 1 through 3 of Daredevil and other Netflix co-productions like Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, The Punisher, and The Defenders are currently available on Disney Plus.

What’s the Plot of Daredevil: Born Again?

The original Daredevil, loosely connected to the MCU, was about Matt Murdock (Cox), a lawyer in Hell’s Kitchen, New York, who also wore a mask and fought crime. In the Netflix show, there were no Infinity Stones or cosmic threats. Instead, Matt tried to free Hell’s Kitchen from Kingpin’s (D’Onofrio) control by fighting crime on the streets.

But it could go differently now that Daredevil is a part of the MCU. Many fans hope that the new series will stay true to the original show’s focus on the dark world of organized crime and vigilantism. But the whole point of the MCU is that all of its different stories are connected, so who knows what could happen with the Multiverse Saga.
