Today, Monday, the Lebanese pound recorded a slight gain after the exchange rate of the US dollar fell from a record high last week, with the dollar reaching 39,000 pounds against the dollar.
According to apps that monitor the dollar on the black market (parallel) this morning, it locked in 37,000 Lebanese pounds against the dollar to continue its decline to 36,300 pounds per dollar by 11 am local time.
