Studio Wildcard released update v94.32 (1.094.032) for Ark: Survival Ascended on October 17, 2026. This patch focuses on resolving progression blockers for the Cerberax while stabilizing server-side performance during building and boss encounters.
Cerberax Taming and Combat Fixes
The primary focus of this update addresses taming inconsistencies for the Cerberax. Previously, players encountered issues where specific level ranges of the creature would not respond to knockout mechanics, stalling the taming process.
- Knockout Correction: Cerberax creatures between levels 50 and 100 can now be knocked out properly for taming.
- PvE Damage Fix: Resolved an issue where the Cerberax venom head bite would fail to deal damage in PvE environments following a missed feeding attempt.
Performance and Server Stability
Several fixes in v94.32 target performance hitches that commonly affect high-population official servers. This includes a specific fix for the stuttering experienced when players are actively building bases.
- Structure Placement: A performance issue that caused localized stuttering or frame drops during structure placement has been resolved.
- Boss Responsiveness: Bosses will no longer become unresponsive or “freeze” when server FPS drops to low levels. This change ensures that encounters remain challenging and functional even during periods of high server load.
General Bug Fixes
The update also includes maintenance for specific map features and creature abilities that were causing gameplay disruptions in Single Player and across various DLC maps.
- Genesis Part 1: Restored the functionality of land outpost creature sales, which were previously unavailable.
- Concavenator: Fixed a bug in Single Player mode where players would become physically stuck while using the Concavenatorās Unbury ability.
This update is live across PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S. Players can find further technical details on the official ARK News forums.
