Peak Design expanded its mobile ecosystem on November 3, 2026, with the official launch of a premium wireless charging collection. The lineup is headlined by the Wireless Kickstand Travel Battery, which the company identifies as the world’s first charger to receive Qi2.3 certification.
The new collection marks a move by Peak Design toward high-end, durable electronics intended to improve upon standard charging hardware. According to CEO Peter Dering, the company’s goal was not simply to add more chargers to the market, but to demonstrate “how much better these everyday products could be.”

The Wireless Kickstand Travel Battery, priced at $99.95, features a 5,000mAh capacity housed in a slim 10.5mm chassis. Its Qi2.3 certification represents a minor technical revision over previous standards, offering optimized power delivery and magnetic alignment. While operating on internal battery power, the device provides 15W wireless charging. However, when connected to an external power source via its USB-C port, the wireless output increases to 25W, allowing it to function as a high-speed desktop charging stand.
Complementing the travel battery is the 2-in-1 Wireless Charging Station, also priced at $99.95. This stationary unit utilizes two Qi2.2-certified pads, providing a slightly different technical baseline than the travel battery. The Qi2.2 standard supports the same 15W wireless charging speeds for compatible smartphones while maintaining the magnetic locking system introduced with the Qi2 framework.
For wired power needs, the company introduced the Dual Slim Charger for $64.95. This 65W GaN (Gallium Nitride) wall adapter is designed for portability, measuring 0.5 inches in thickness. The GaN technology allows for higher power density and reduced heat compared to traditional silicon-based chargers. Peak Design also launched the UltraStrand cable series, with prices starting at $24.95, designed to withstand high-use cycles.
The Peak Design charging collection was announced on November 3, 2026. The launch positions the brand as a direct competitor in the premium accessory market, emphasizing technical specifications like Qi2.3 and slim-profile GaN architecture over budget-oriented alternatives.
