AC Milan Extends Rafael Leão’s Contract Until 2028

Italian club AC Milan have announced a contract extension for their Portuguese player Rafael Leão until June 2028 to block the way for teams looking to sign the young player, especially after the player’s impressive performance since his move to the Italian club in 2019.

And the Italian club said on its official website on the social network Twitter that it is pleased to announce the extension of the contract with the team’s player Rafael Leao.

Rafael Leao will remain at AC Milan until 2028.

According to reliable Sky journalist Fabrizio Romano, the penalty clause is 175 million euros instead of the 150 million euros previously announced.

The Rossoneri player will receive 5 million euros in addition to the 2 million euros that the player will receive as a reward for signing a new contract with the Italian club.

Yi Liao managed to win the Italian League Player of the Year award last season when he managed to win the Italian League title with the Rossoneri.

Liao has been able to attract attention since joining the Italian club from French side Lille in a deal that cost the Italian club €29.5m, as he played 162 matches during which the Portuguese player scored 41 goals and made 29 goals.
