Biden’s approval rate plummets further

President Joe Biden continues to alienate voters with his work performance, it’s at new survey shows that even among those Americans who give he an inch-up, less than half they say they “strongly approve”.

A Trafalgar Group survey, which was conducted in the last week of November and released on Wednesday, found that 36.3% of The Americans approve of Biden’s work performance, against 59.1% who disapprove. That result respect with an approval score of 39.6% when the same researcher interviewed prospective voters in early October.

The survey also showed that even the respondents who favor the president are apparently losing their enthusiasm. Only 18.1% of Americans “Strongly approve” of how Biden is running his business, down from 23.5% in October.

And while the overall disapproval is nearly 23 percent points come on of approvals, the gap is even wider between those who feel strongly about him. Trafalgar said 52.2% of Americans “I strongly disapprove” of by Biden performance, giving the vehement down-votes a winning margin of more 34 percent points.

That latest Trafalgar investigation found that 51.2% of independent and almost 25% of Democrats now strongly disapprove of by Biden performance. Less than 3 in 10 independents approve of Biden’s management of the presidency, while 62.1% disapprove.

The Trafalgar poll is weighted for Democrats (39.3% of respondents, against Republicans 35.6%) e women (53.3% vs 46.7% men). A separate Trafalgar investigation which was released on Tuesday showed that 54.2% of voters believe Biden is responsible for divisions among Americans people. Democrats and Republicans were predictably polarized on the issue, but 64.1% of the independents blamed the president for divisions.

Also last month, Trafalgar found that 52% of Americans believe that the signing of Biden’s legislative initiative, the “Build better” bill, it will hamper the nation’s economy recovery. Only 38.3% said the plan will actually be help.
