Yes, you read that right. In 2023, Game Pass users can download the popular Capcom title Monster Hunter Rise for the Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC.
On January 20, 2023, Monster Hunter Rise will be available, and the expansion will debut in the following spring.
On current-gen consoles, Moster Hunter Rise will reportedly be a full “4K60 port” with “3D audio.”
Capcom created and released the game, first made available on the Nintendo Switch in March 2021 and then on PC in January 2022.
Since its release, more than 11 million copies have been sold worldwide, with an estimated 4 million copies of the Sunbreak expansion sold as of August 2022. It has the potential to rank among Capcom’s best-selling games, given the impending announcement that it will soon be released on current-gen consoles.
Monster Hunter Rise, which has a different numbering scheme than earlier games, is regarded as the sixth main installment following Monster Hunter: World.
It will soon be announced, possibly at The Game Awards on December 8. The game itself looks fantastic.
