It is noteworthy that the Evergiven ship is one of the largest container ships in the world, known by the media such as the stranded ship, which ran aground in the Suez Canal on March 23, at channel numbering point 151, and the Suez Canal managed to float it 6 days after the accident.

After the ship is put up in sea, the Suez Canal General Authority has requested compensation from the Japanese company, Shui Keisen Keisha, owner of Ever Given, for the cost of the rescue operation, damage to the canal banks and other losses.

Egyptian authorities detained the giant container ship near the city of Ismailia for about three months while trying to reach an agreement on compensation for what led to the closure of the canal’s navigation course between the Suez Canal Authority and the owners. of “Ever Given”.
