A new record achieved by Mohamed Salah in the English Premier League during the Merseyside derby match after scoring two goals against Everton.

The events of the Reds match against Everton in the ninth round of the Premier League championship ended a short while ago, with Liverpool winning with two clean goals scored by the Egyptian Pharaoh.

Mohamed Salah became the first Premier League player to contribute to more than 30 goals in 2023, after the double he scored against Everton, where he participated in 31 matches, scoring 19 goals, and making 12 others.

He also surpassed Steven Gerrard and Kenny Dalglish, and became the player who scored the most goals at Anvid Stadium, with 105 goals.

On the sidelines of this, the Egyptian Pharaoh refused to celebrate, after scoring two goals in the match, in mourning for the martyrs of Gaza, who were martyred as a result of the Israeli bombing targeting the Gaza Strip.
